At SuryaShakti Jewels, every piece is crafted with care and intention. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to help.

We do not accept refunds. However, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Custom and personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process and issue your exchange or store credit promptly.
